Job Tittle:  Medical Representative

 

Job Description :- 

We are looking for a Medical Representative who can join immediately.

Position Summary:

The Medical Representative will be responsible for understanding all the products of the company which will be Cosmetics and Medical Machines, Finding good-fit leads, adding new accounts, planning & conducting the monthly visiting plan, coordinating with management to create the offers, building a long relationship with customers, Ensure the customer satisfaction,
The focus is on seeking for potential long-term clients and retain them by following up their needs.

Organization Chart: This position reports to the Head Office directly, will be the first Medical Representative in the Company and will be responsible of transferring the knowledge for the new employees in the future.

Performance Objectives:-

Conduct a comprehensive review of the company products: During the first 20-30 days of joining, prepare a full data of the products, Selling ways, and Major challenges and problems.

Prepare the monthly visit plan: List of the potential clients, and date of visiting depend on their location.

Schedule for appointments and contact prospective or existing customers to discuss how products can meet their needs.

Negotiate prices or terms of the products with the customers.

Requirements:

The sales Representative should be able to work in outdoor environment to visit customers locations “Preferable to has his/her own car”

Basic Experience:

The sales Representative needs to have at least 3 years background as Medical Representative,Bachelor in Pharmacy in a Must, and solid knowledge regarding the Cosmetics products and Medical Machines.
