Job Tittle:  Assessment Officer/Master Trainer/Training Supervisor

 

Full Job Description :- 

• Design & develop the training courses for driving instructors as per the RTA curriculum
• Effectively plan, prepare, manage & deliver the trainings to Driving Instructors as per the vehicle category
• Ensure core & elective units are covered during the training as per the RTA curriculum
• Record, maintain & update competency records of Driving Instructors effectively as per RTA requirements
• Training the Driving Instructors to test the standard & quality as per RTA Regulations
• Record, Measure progress & evaluate effectiveness of Driving Instructors in driving Licensing training
• Upgrade & enhance knowledge on the latest updates of Rules, Regulations, RTA curriculum, RTA Training initiative & Technologies
• Select or develop training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, theory & Practical driving training and reference works
• Conduct training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher driving Instructor’s training, etc.
• Assists the driving instructors with problems concerning ‘how to’ perform specific tasks related to Theory & Practical drivers training & their positions
• Update & maintain all the training records as per the vehicle category
• Train the driving Instructors & implement the RTA traffic laws, safety on the road • Verify the details of the students, completion of required classes, validity of learning permit & vehicle category
• Ensure if the student has scheduled the test
• Check the students’ preparation for driving as per the category
• Observe the students’ skill & behaviour
• Assess the student according to RTA guidelines
• Assess the student’s ability to control the vehicle
• Assess the safe driving skills of the students, note down faults & emergency stop if the students driving is a danger to other road users
• Assess & record the performance of the student in CTS system as per RTA score sheet
• Explain the student about the result & provide them with feedback on aspects of their driving performance related to test as per the category
• Arrange for specials test for students who fail continuously
• Maintain the QHSE procedures as per the company policy
• Identify, check & resolve the Non-conformities on time
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate superior

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate or equivalent diploma. Experience in teaching driving instructors. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Driving institute/Centre experience. Ability to handle individual as a whole. Able to drive in fast paces environment
