Job Tittle:  Surveyor Supervisor – Commercial Inspections

 

Full Job Description :- 

• Supervise all Surveyors. Assess surveyors and provide training or propose training in specific areas (e.g., specific type of inspection or even IT related in-house training)

• Be a one-point contact between Surveyors and operations depts.

• Conduct/perform site audits – fixed or surprise site visits.

• Function as a Surveyor during emergencies

• Review surveyor’s performances and apply tools for quality control.

• Ensure all survey reports in required set formats to comply ISO pre-requisite [17020]

• Ensure that the Inspection / survey reports dispatched are specific to client’s requirement and addresses all detail as referred to in particular scope of work/ intervention

• Review and verify accuracy of data. Provide support as required, for the efficient functioning of a team-oriented office environment

• Liaising with clients. Attending meetings as and when required with Suppliers/Agents with professional service rendered.
