As an Associate in the Middle East Investment Banking team, you will assist senior team members and be responsible for origination and execution of transactions in the MENA region. You will work closely with other team members to deliver outstanding results in a high-paced environment and contribute to the success of our franchise. You will be responsible for coordination, supervision and training of Analysts and Interns in the team. You will meet with clients (virtually and in-person) and will be able to work independently, under limited supervision.

Your field of responsibility:-

From an IBCM (CM&A) Associate, we especially require a profound knowledge of the local market, including understanding of the sector, products and regulatory environment. We search for a person with previous experience in Investment Banking and transactional experience of working in a top tier/global investment bank. An ideal candidate works fairly autonomously with limited supervision, is self-reliant and possesses the following skills:

Able to produce technically excellent written materials – prospectuses, pitches
Able to review materials prepared by juniors, for technical excellence

Strong modelling and technical skills
Excellent organisational skills, able to multi-task across many tasks and projects and plan ahead
Presenting in a measured, clear and articulate way, in particular with regard to technical issues
Able to train and coach juniors effectively
