Job Title :– Fraud Analyst

Job Description
• To work correspondence and receive incoming telephone calls, deciding appropriate action to be taken.
• To investigate fraudulent use of debit/credit cards and initiate appropriate action, which may involve contact with Police Authorities, Cardholders, Merchants and Acquiring Banks.
• To build a detailed file in order to produce Witness Statements when required.
• To ensure accurate fraud reporting to Visa and MasterCard.
• To ensure actions are undertaken in accordance with client procedures and within mandated service levels.
• To implement Industry Rule changes as directed by Team Leader.
• To initiate fraud chargebacks within time frames designated by Visa and MasterCard, and compile cases for Pre-arbitration, Pre-compliance and Good Faith Collections.
• Prepare non-standard letters and affidavits for referral to Team Leader for sign off.
• Working specific Vision Plus reports, raising adjustments and other on-line entries as appropriate.
• Undertake fraud prevention procedures, determining and initiating security checks with cardholders.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
• Prior Banking experience would be an advantage.
• Previous work experience with Falcon Fraud management system is desirable.
• Ability to interpret Visa and MasterCard rules and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
