Full Job Description
1. SUMMARY JOB
1.1. Responsible for the financial transaction’s income and expenditure of the Hospital.
2. CORE FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1. Manage financial and administration activities to achieve financial goals.
2.2. Develop business plan, timeline, and budget to perform financial projects.
2.3. Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget.
2.4. Develop and maintain standard financial and administrative procedures.
2.5. Respond to queries/issues in a timely manner.
2.6. Work closely with CFO in preparation of business plan and operational budget.
2.7. Review all invoices and make the relevant payments in a timely manner.
2.8. Review accounting discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
2.9. Implement standard accounting policies.
2.10. Ensure the preparation and maintenance of all financial records.
2.11. Supervise preparation of all monthly and annual finance reports in a timely fashion.
2.12. Supervise and manage payroll processing and tax filing activities
2.13. Meets regularly with COO, provides financial reports on Physician’s hospital income.
2.14. Develop overall goals for the finance and administration departments.
2.15. Identify and resolve financial and administrative issues.
