Your responsibilities:-
Responsible in execution of experiments through the technical process starting from raw material to finish products
Coordinate the mixing process of development and serial compounds, including research projects
Establish internal test specifications for raw materials and compounds, as well, the test parameters
Create technical reports
Collaborate with multi functional core teams (Research & Development, Technical Maintenance, Raw materials supply) to successfully identify, develop and launch new products
Support the production team through the development of production processes in order to improve processes and compounds
Support the quality team regarding customer complaints providing mixing expertise
Our requirements
A polymer material technologist formation or bachelor’s degree in chemistry
Very good technical know-how and understanding of rubber mixing process and technologies
First practical experience in the rubber industry
Experience in using measuring instruments, such as thermometer, Mooney viscometer and RPA
Willingness to innovative ideas, expertise and knowledge with integrity, speed and a result-oriented approach
A high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and flexibility
Fluency in German and English (written and oral min. level B2. C1 would be an advantage)
