Debaj Group Sharjah: Job Description
Job Tittle: Warehouse Supervisor
Job Description :-
Inspect & Overlook all Departmental reports (Sales, inventories,deliveries etc.)
– Inspect & Overlook the Sales team in daily operations
– Set Weekly & Monthly Sales targets for team (discuss with management)
– Overlook Weekly & Monthly Duty for Sales department
– Ensure all pending payments are closed before each month end (this includes making sure the Sales team have followed up with customers and updated reports. In case of busy schedules take the initiative to follow-up with customers)
– Resolve Customer & Sales issues and provide solutions for problems
– Ensure the customers are fully aware of the latest promos
– Prepare & share Weekly Store Maintenance & Consumables records with management
– Liaise with Marketing HOD and communicate Feedback from Retail Floor & Customers on weekly basis
– Arrive 30 minutes prior to store opening to prepare the retail store for customer visit (responsible for overlooking the hygiene & cleanliness of the store and its surroundings. Ensuring the products are displayed in best condition and all display units are in pristine & functioning condition)
– Warmly Greet and Assist customers upon arrival to retail store
– Provide accurate product information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
– Always be ready to clear Customer’s doubts & questions about specific products
– Enable Up-Selling & cross-selling based on market trends and in-house inventory priorities
– Process payment procedures
– Coordinate and work with team spirit with other members from Sales department to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
– Establish, maintain and grow positive business and customer relationships
– Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
– Provide management with insight & statistic findings on customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
– Conduct daily inventory of all products and provide management with Daily Inventory Reports (including purchased items, returned items and changes in inventory count)
– Conduct opening and closing cash register amount and with record of all cash transactions
– Write Daily Purchase Report detailing all items purchased during the shift (i.e. name, quantity and prices per product sold)
– Call client after purchase to thank them and gain feedback, provide daily report on client communications and their feedback
Nationality: Philippine (Preferred)
