Job Tittle: Contract Manager – Scaffolding
Full Job Description :-
- Review all the estimates and ensure whether it fulfills client requirement.
- Managing the current and new projects in an effective manner.
- Oversee the flow of all inquiries and guide the team, to revert within the timeline accordingly.
- Planning the work, and efficiently organizing the project and site facilities in order to meet the agreed deadlines.
- Ensure profitability of all aspects of the execution section of the business.
- Forecasting revenues, costs, and margins on a regular basis.
- Take ownership of project control tools, overall business productivity and general cost controls.
- Take initiatives to improve top-line revenues.
- Lead business development initiatives to grow the business organically focused on existing long-term contracts & maximize revenues on existing projects.
- Lead the Estimation and Execution team and work closely to ensure the team is fully aligned.
- Cost Controller and optimizer, through ensuring no over-spent of men and/or material on various operating sites.
Desired Candidate Profile:-
- Minimum 15 years of core Scaffolding experience/background.
- Experience and understanding of finance and project cost control
- Experienced and understanding of Scaffolding Estimation and production norms.
- Understanding of Contractual terms and conditions
