Bring to the attention of the Leadership Team (GM / RFL / Commercial Leaders) any inconsistencies with prescribed procedures and ensure compliance with the Corporate Finance Accounting Manual (CFAM).
Generate Bi-weekly credit reports including ageing and relevant commentary relating to delinquent performance, recovery action plans etc.
Provide support to business partners in region by routinely reviewing, analysing and communicating general Business(Equipment & Implants) financial and operational performance.
Appraise customer and product profitability.
Assist and support the Regional Sales Managers and Dealers in the region in execution of sales plans.
Set annual credit terms (limits and days) within prescribed guidelines obtaining the necessary Corporate Treasury approval; ensure credit terms are adhered to
Closely Liasion with Customer for regular Follow up on the due & updating the receipt thereof.
Establish strong business contacts with key customer personnel including regular visits as deemed necessary to assess business risk and compile appropriate action plans to mitigate risk
Assist and support Accounting Leader for the proper Accounting & other releated work.
