Job Description :- 

1. المشاركة في إعداد وتحديث الإجراءات والمنهجيات وآليات العمل المنظمة للعمل المؤسسي للقسم.
2. إعداد التقارير الدورية المتعلقة بالمساجد فيما يخص منطقته ووفق التكليف من مسؤوله المباشر.
3. إعداد المخاطبات والطلبات اللازمة فيما يتعلق بأعمال المساجد التي يشرف عليها وتوجيهها للمسؤول المباشر.
4. المشاركة في إعداد خطة التدريب والتطوير والتأهيل السنوية من العاملين بالمساجد بالتنسيق مع المعنيين.
5. إعداد وتحديث قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بجميع العاملين في الوظائف الدينية بالمساجد التابعة لمنطقته عبر الأنظمة الإلكترونية المعتمدة في الدائرة.
6. إعداد خطة الإجازات السنوية للعاملين بالمساجد وإدخالها وتحديثها في الأنظمة الإلكترونية المعتمدة في الدائرة وفق الصلاحيات الممنوحة.
7. إعداد خطة تنظيم وتوزيع خطباء الجمعة الأسبوعية بمساجد الجوامع التابعة. لمنطقته
8. دراسة طلبات نقل الموظفين العاملين بالمساجد بناءً على متطلبات العمل أو حاجة الموظف لطلب النقل المؤقت أو الدائم.
9. جمع البيانات اللازمة لتحديد احتياجات المساجد من الموارد البشرية للعمل بها والمشاركة في إعدادها.
10. إدارة الاجتماعات واللقاءات الدورية للموظفين العاملين في المساجد ضمن منطقته.
11. الاجتماع بالموظفين العاملين بالمساجد لتقييم أدائهم السنوي وإبلاغهم عن نتيجة التقييم.
12. متابعة تطبيق الأنظمة واللوائح والقرارات الإدارية ورصد الحالات المخالفة.
13. إعداد بيانات المتعاونين الداخليين الشهرية ومكافآت الخطابة للمستحقين.
14. اعتماد طلبات التقديم على الإجازة وإشعارات العودة منها وفق الخطة واعتماد استئذان الموظفين من العاملين بالمساجد.
15. العمل على توفير الدعم اللازم للموظفين العاملين بالمساجد من المتطلبات التقنية المتعلقة بالموظف من بريد إلكتروني وتطبيق الموظف الذكي والخدمة الذاتية الإلكترونية بالتنسيق مع المعنيين.
17. تقديم المساعدة للموظفين العاملين في المساجد على اختلاف مهامهم فيما يخص توفير الصالحيات والتدريب على المهام في (GRP) لإنجاز الأعمال ورفع التقارير اللازمة للمسؤول المباشر
18. الإتصال والتواصل مع الوحدات التنظيمية الداخلية والدوائر والمؤسسات الخارجية فيما يتعلق بمهام عمله.
19. الامتثال بالسياسات والإجراءات الأمنية المعمول بها بالدائرة.
20. إبداء الالتزام في حضور ورش التوعية الأمنية.
21. الإبلاغ عن الحوادث الأمنية في حال مواجهتها.
