Full Job Description :-
Desired Candidate Profile:-
MAIN RESPONCIBILITY: FULL CONTROL OF THE FACTORY & SCHEDULING AND DISPATCHING OF GOODS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Supervising Dispatching of goods as per schedule
2. Dispatching Goods on Gate Pass day on time Fixed by Management.
3. Supervising Overall areas under control- cutting, stitching, Processing, Embroidery & Delivery.
4. Monitoring Trials, alterations & delivery of goods on given time frame.
5. Monitoring and Updating the Schedule in software.
6. Preparing bill of exit on timely basis.
7. Timely update of Production Process (Cutting, Stitching & Packing).
8. Taking In-charge of Quality Standards and Taking Necessary Actions for the same.
9. As a Store In-charge Should keep Stock, issuing & requesting for material, planning in advance for the same. Monitor supply stock & place orders as needed in advance/timely basis.
10. Monitoring all Incoming items Such as Documents/ trials/ Samples/ Alterations and Taking care of Same.
11. Coordinating with sales team & operation team & Ensuring Team work.
12. Setting daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicating them to responsible Person. Daily Discussion with Operation In-charge & Conducting Daily Meeting with Other Factory Department Heads.
13. Generate Reports and Present them to decision makers on time.
14. Keep a master Calendar for Schedules and vacations.
15. Organise and update files as needed
16. Maintaining transmittal of Goods
17. Answer phones, emails and conduct basis clerical work
18. Planning Next Days Work in Advance.
19. Obey all Department In-charge Orders and taking Actions Accordingly.
20. Production summary report preparing (daily, monthly & yearly).
21. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
22. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
23. Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques. – Notify maintenance of needed machine repairs
24. Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analysing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests
25. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analysing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
26. Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
27. Resolves personnel problems by analysing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
28. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to supervisors/ employees
29. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
30. Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas. Work to continuously improve in all areas. DISCUSSING AND SCHEDULING WITH MASTER/PRODUCTION COORDINATOR:

Summary report for production (input to tailor, out from tailor, laundry. Out from finishing)
List of people who will do overtime for the day and what are the work / JO to do
