Job Title :– Storekeeper

Job Description :-
Maintaining records of goods ordered and received.
Receive goods checking correctness against the purchase order, verifying quantity, quality, price, and shelf life .
Complete hygiene and safety checks of vehicles supplying deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
Review deliveries and report to Procurement Manager on any non-conforming suppliers/incorrect supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the receiving area and adhere to proper hygiene standards.
Liaise with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding the maintenance of the receiving area and the servicing/calibration of any equipment i.e. weighing scales.Prepare daily receiving reports for all goods received in the system.Responsible for submitting invoices for signature to the department heads.
Responsible for posting invoices in the system as per the company standards.
Store all goods as per company’s policies and procedures, ensuring goods are stored in the correct temperature controlled environment, off the floor and in a manner that will maintain their quality.
Notify and coordinate with the relevant departments of the receipt of goods and arrange for their collection.
Distributes products/supplies to departments as per duly completed store requisitions.
Inform the Procurement Team of orders to be placed according to the needs and the stock status.
Assist in monthly inventories including Food and Beverage, General Stores, and Engineering, etc.
Overseeing the supply chain management.
Communicating with suppliers and to make sure supplies get where they need to be when they need to be, even when a deadline is tight.
Performs liaising to ensure products and equipment arrive in good condition.
Attending meetings to stay up to date on the company’s objectives.
Responsible for applying all administrative procedures related to the receiving, storage or issuing of goods, conducting daily logs and preparing reports as required for analysis purposes.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:
Storekeeper: 2 years (Preferred)
