Local Unit & Position Description:

  • Managing the external and inter company billing activities.
  • Reviewing all invoices, credit memos to ensure accuracy and processing in a timely manner in accordance with the

applicable Chart of Authority:-

  • Leading cash flow improvement by effective AR & WiP monitoring / management.
  • Timekeeping of Chargeable time of Inspectors.
  • Payroll & Expenses processing of Inspectors at month-end
  • Assist with Project profitability / trend analysis reports.
  • Assist with month end closing.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

Position Qualifications:-

  • Competency Requirements
Confidence to liaise directly with operations and
senior managers.

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment

  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate upcoming issues in an

DNV Inspection is seeking an experienced Finance Executive to work our operation in Abu Dhabi.

Company and Business Area Description:

Invoicing, Credit Control, Payroll processing, Timekeeping, Month-end closing and other Adhoc tasks as required.
This position will improve working capital management by ensuring timely invoicing, collection of outstanding invoices,
prevention of bad debt provision and maintaining/adding efficiency to the payroll process.
