What will you be doing?

The successful applicant will be able to coordinate business development activities into new markets and identify and qualify business opportunities to generate revenue against sales targets.

As a key member of the team, you must be able to:-

Identify and establish appropriate channels/routes to market
Build and execute upon sales pipeline across the region to deliver defined revenue targets
Lead, plan and execute opportunity/country campaigns within assigned territories
Develop channel partnerships and dealer networks for designated value streams
Present product portfolio and communication solutions concepts to key partners and distributors
Maintain up to date knowledge of market conditions and competitor offerings and activity

What makes a successful Regional Sales Manager?

Previous business or sales experience within a relevant technology domain linked to:
C4ISTAR
Tactical communications
Uncrewed systems
Security & Surveillance
Wireless communications industry
Proven experience in an international sales or customer facing role, dealing with Prime Contractors, End Users, Resellers and/or OEMs for Security and Defence markets (Essential)
Demonstrable experience in a relevant international business environment including management of consultants, VARs, Resellers and OEMs (Highly desirable)
Degree in a relevant discipline preferred
Language skills within the geographic area of responsibility (highly desirable)
Knowledge of technical features of communication systems and products and able to sell benefits
Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
