DU Telecom Dubai: Job Description
Job Title :– Digital Self Services Manager
Job Summary:-
The purpose of this job is to develop with optimum quality and time to market the business requirements for all commercials Segments (Consumer, Enterprise, Customer Experience,…), aligned with the objectives of the requesting area, engaging the affected departments and solution design teams.
The purpose of this position is to manage the product development phase of all commercial offers (Mobile/Fixed) for consumers and enterprise segments, as well as managed services for enterprise segment. The responsibility includes the detailed design of the offer and customer experience, as well as the specifications for the products needed. The responsibility also includes the review, comment and approval of the solution design of the newly designed products.
Minimum Experience :-
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a Product Management / Product Marketing role in telecommunication industry
- Good understanding in the area of consumer and enterprise products
Minimum Education :-
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Master Degree in Business or marketing is a plus
Knowledge and Skills :-
- Understanding of portfolio management.
- Ability to define implementation of business processes with the support of IT systems
- Understanding of business impact of implementation decisions in the systems
- Understanding of du processes
- Strong coordination between team members
- Able to manage requirement definition for a significant number of projects in a structured way
- Understands how to communicate difficult/sensible information tactfully
- Ability to analyze complex business needs and convert them into business requirements.
