Job Description :- 

Job Purpose:
The operations manager ensures the Logistics operational activities are carried out seamlessly.
The scope includes understanding the current business model and set the Logistics processes & timelines, SLA, training, monitoring performance, and achieving continual improvement.
Responsibilities :- 
1. Define and build the logistics & distribution operations, ensure smooth execution and working toward operational excellence.
2. Identify and define processes and set SLA and KPI to meet the Principal requirements.
3. Closely monitor & review SLA and focus on improving continuously.
4. Conduct periodical review with third-party vendors.
5. Ensure all orders are dispatched and delivered as per the KPI and aim for achieving zero errors.
6. Develop and maintain strong, successful relationships with both internally and externally.
7. Proposes strategies to reduce costs on operational activities.
8. Overall responsible for smooth logistics & distribution operations
Min Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 10 plus years’. Experience in a logistics and distribution field.
2. Good communication skills – speaking, writing and presenting
3. Proficient with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
4. Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadline
