Full Job Description :-
WE are a reputable Company operating since 2013 in the field of Building cleaning services. Our team consists of 15 office employees and more than 150 field workers.
Currently we are looking for Office manager/ Business development mananger to manage all office employees, monitor team and supervisors tasks, suggest ways to improve.
Main responsibility is to
1-monitor day to day operation making sure it runs smoothly.Detecting and correcting issues arising in operation and delegating responsibilities and make sure issues resolved.
2-Monitor booking shedule, team daily communication (office team and field team), Customer calls and issues. Monitor maid company email and deligate emails to concered department.
3- Act as the first point of contact when issues arize with clients and resolve in timly manner.
4-Manage the managers, making sure all managers are completing their tasks as expected.
5- present reports on weekly basis suggesting ways to improve operation while redusing costs.
6-Be involved in ground team operation , handle arrised concerns.
6-Report to CEO directly and on daily basis.
The candidate should have similar experience in a local company. Must be a university graduate with high knowledge of microsoft office. Must be fluent in english and have the eye for details, have high analytical skills. The candidate must be fluent in english and have the ability to respond to business emails and prepare quotations when needed.
