Job Tittle: Communication Manager
Full Job Description :-
Main responsibilities and tasks:
Define and implement company’s communication strategy
Develop new marketing and communication “Green” actions and communication events to promote the Emeraude Green brand
Manage the communication team (2 communication coordinators currently)
Be in charge for internal and external communication actions:
Internal communication includes a monthly internal newsletter, an intranet via the HRIS, global communication meetings, local and global events, training on the communication tools for all new and current employees
External communication includes fairs organization, social media management, website management
Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials
Develop and implement a media plan (create and deliver press releases, media relations content, commercial newsletter content, social media content)
Manage communication budget (including all internal events worldwide)
Research and analyse media coverage and industry trends
Develop new communication contents & tools (be always proactive proposing new ideas)
Be in charge of the trade shows (Plastic fairs such as Kfair, Plastex, Arabplast, etc.)
2. Candidate’s Profile:-
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations or relevant field
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven experience creating targeted content is advantageous
Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques
Interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and French, Arabic would be a plus
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including creating advanced presentations
Strategic thinker, logical, methodical and results driven
Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Good creativity for communication contents & tools
3. Compensation and Benefits:
Office timings: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Salary will depend on the candidate’s experience
Vacation days: 25 business days
Annual discretionary bonus on merit
Medical insurance fully paid by Emeraude
