We are looking for a Program Manager who is responsible for delivering multiple programs for the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in program management and client management
Roles & responsibilities:-
End-to-end management of the program from planning to delivery
Serve as primary day-to-day point of contact for client interactions
Work with client on program inter dependencies to ensure program is launched as per timelines
Managing client relationship for the project – understand their expectations, create plans, deliver and and regularly monitor program progress in line with client expectations
Ensure program delivery and activities around it are as per the set process
Identify process gaps and help plug them by simplification of the process
Ensuring goals are met in areas, including customer satisfaction, turn around time, quality, and team member performance.
Managing live sessions that are part of the program
Manage stakeholders across different geographies to deliver on the program
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
Analyzing and mitigating risks within the program
Conduct After-action reviews after every project with client
Travel to GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain) for extended periods of time (2-3 weeks per month)
Skills & qualifications:-
Proven experience in Program/Project management
Should have at least 4-5 years of experience in Program and Project Management
Proven stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in the e-learning industry preferred
Competency in setting up and running courses on the Canvas platform
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as Learning Management Systems
