To leverage the process service provided to the customers given approved finance from Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Program Dubai Government
Brief Description:
To leverage the process service provided to the customers given approved finance from Mohammad Bin Rashid Housing Program Dubai Government
Detailed Description:
1 Meeting with applicants provide them with all the required information about the finance and answering all their question regarding the process
2 Collect all the required documents as per the advised check list advice the customer with the next step
3 Attend customers queries over the phone and proactively update them on the progress of their file
4 Source the deal in the system send the file to the credit department follow up with them till the final approval
5 Coordinate between the Sales support unit Home Finance Operation MBRHE department the customer for the completion of document issuance collateral collation mortgage deal booking
6 Follow up with the customer home finance operation to clear all the outstanding documents any pending
Job Requirements:
1 Customer Service Provide excellent service to MBRHE customers
2 Coordination skilled to coordinate with various internal patternsSSU Credit operations etc and deliver remarkable result
3 Tracking/Monitoring Deploy and manage MIS for MBRHE deals with up to date information
4 Quality Provide high standards services externally internally
5 Internal Compliance -Ensure all KYC and anti money laundering are met and monitor the team for the same.Strict adherence to SOPs.Low risk rating by internal audit.100 control of documentation and detection of fraudulent activity.Sharia requirements are met in documentation process
