Full Job Description :-
Looking for Robotics Teacher for a Dubai .
Any nationality however South African and Lebanese with excellent English will be preferred.
Salary – 9000 to 10000 AED
Should have bachelors in Computer science or similar
Job Description
The successful candidate should have a great love and patience for children.
You should have an abundance of energy to meet the demands of the job, making robotics fun, and interesting to students, and staying on top of changes in the industry.
Working Hours;-
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Week-days timing: 2-30pm to 7-30pm (5 hours per day)
- Saturday & Sunday timing: 10am to 13pm, 3pm to 8pm (8hours per day)
- One day off – during the week-day (not week-end)
Responsibilities:
- Planning and teaching robotics lessons for children 5-15 years old – Lego education, Unity, Arduino, Scratch, Blockly, ArduBlock, 3D modeling
- Conduct events (master classes, open lessons, open days) – Develop and/or correct the available teaching materials
- Monitor the effectiveness of each child’s learning and communicate with the parents about students’ progress
- Staying on top of new robotics technologies and standards
- Conduct additional individual lessons
Requirements:
- Excellent English & high literacy
- Patience, flexibility, creativity and love for children
- Professional competence (theoretical, practical) – bachelor’s degree in computer science
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to engage students and earn their trust and attention
- Experience in teaching or tutoring in the field of natural sciences will be an advantage
