Job Tittle:  Commercial Coordinator (Preferably Female)

 

Full Job Description :- 

Bill Discounting:-

· LC Application / LC Follow-up / LC Checking / LC Amendment for customers.
· FOB checking & confirmation to factory.
· On time export bill submission & follow up in getting bill discounting.
· Ensure Factory payments within stipulated time.
· Arranging acceptance from customer.
· On time payment to Epic bank from Issuing bank.

· Trade Finance:-

· Complete knowledge on Incoterms,
· Should have knowledge in handing collection documents, open account, Factoring etc.
· Weekly follow up with customers for overdue payments.
· Sending full set shipping documents to customer.
· Sending allocation details to bank to knock of loan upon receiving buyer payment.
· Monitoring daily Import, Export & RF Utilization.

Qualifications, Experience and Education Requirements:

• Graduated Bachelor in Business Administration/Finance/Logistics/Supply Chain Management.
• Hands on Experience in Trade Finance (mandatory) , Commercial, Logistics and Shipping.
• Basic functional knowledge of working on an ERP (eg. SAP etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 6,500.00 – AED 7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
