Experience Requirements:-

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the mining and construction industries
We are looking for an individual with a proven record, willingness to lead by example
The selected individual must be able to perform market analysis and be able to develop marketing strategies based on this information
The selected candidate must have a strong cultural awareness and be able to adapt to different business situations
Experience on direct sales, distributor/business partner management, sales & profit management, product management and preferably with a background from aftermarket operations
Knowledge, Experience & Education:

Solid technical product and application knowledge of Service Center operation, products and services Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required, Turkish will be a strong asset Computer literate with competency in MS office applications A solid understanding of financials and strong analytical skills Minimum, a Bachelor’s degree or extensive relevant experience in the mining and construction industry

Demonstrate ability to solve problems, negotiate and take decisions. Strong persuasive skills to convince people and close business
Strong ability to convert opportunity to business
Competent and confident; ability to adapt to company culture to achieve results and maintain effectiveness & efficiency
Willingness to travel within territory on a frequent basis to ensure complete territory coverage, must be available to travel at least 50% of time
