Full Job Description :-
ESM is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated candidate for the position of Events Coordinator to join our dynamic and friendly team who is poised for exponential growth.
Job Purpose:
Support the Events division with projects ranging from helping to plan, organise and execute events from behind the scenes to assisting with pre on-site and post-event delivery.
Term: Full time, 2-year contract, which is renewable.
Package: In the region of AED 10,000 including all allowances
Key Objectives:
- Uplift the event services and offerings, contribute new event ideas
- Research markets to identify opportunities for additional general and corporate events
- Lead on administrative aspects of corporate events e.g liaising with clients, vendors, facilities, suppliers, creating quotes & budgets and drawing up contracts
- Liaise with client to understand their brief. Be the point of contact for all client communication and respond to client requests in a timely manner
- Build, develop, and grow any new and retaining client relationships
- Support the delivery of all the Dubai Schools Games events & Hamilton Aquatics events
- Support the events division with other events and projects as and when Events Manager directs
Set of Required Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours:

- Degree or any qualification related to the field
Desired Experience:
- Proven event experience, exemplified through the achievement of successful projects and events
Job-Specific Knowledge & Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills

- Relationship Management/Customer Service skills
- Ability to develop relationships and create strong partnerships.
- Confidence and ability to negotiate and close deals
