Job Tittle: Auto Sales Assistant
Full Job Description :-
Manage all accounting transactions of a division
Invoicing to customers
Follow up for payments from customers
To check and process the payment of all suppliers.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Ensure timely bank reconciliation.
Compute VAT and prepare tax returns.
To communicate with customers/suppliers and attend queries.
Coordinate with Operations and other departments to ensure timely completion of all transactions
Handle monthly and annual closings
To check and account all transactions
To prepare profit and loss account and balance sheet on monthly and yearly within the timeframe
Prepare schedules and details for statutory audit and ensure audit is completed within the timeframe.
Requirements and skills
Minimum 5 years Work experience as an Sales Assistant
Should be able to handle all accounting works upto finalization
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Good oral and written communication skills in English language
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
