Job Tittle: Travel Coordinator
Full Job Description :-
Arrange travel bookings and ticket arrangements for management and for employees and company guests
Serve as a general resource and point of contact for travel-related issues; assist management and employees with travel-related issues or concerns.
Research, negotiate, and secure rate with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels
Review and ensure all contracts for appearances include necessary specifications
Act to ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines
Receive and respond to incoming travel requests on behalf of the organization
Responsible in maintaining records of all management and employees tickets.
Prepare timely reports related to management and employee travels.
Researches and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.
When travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, makes all arrangements and reservations as requested.
Obtains approval from leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits.
Advises management and employees and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Perform special projects and assignments as directed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
