IMMIDIATE HIRING:-

• An immigration Case Processing manager provides advocacy and case management services for immigrants.

We are looking for an experienced

CASE PROCESSING MANAGER:-

with vast experience with the immigration field in UAE.Candidate must have a minimum experience of 2 years in processing visa, related to Canada/ Australia / UK/ Europe PR and Work Permit filing. Should also be able to handle Visit, Business and Study Visa.A suitable candidate would –
Provide detailed consultation regarding immigration to Europe/ Canada / Australia /UK Residency programs.
Develop various sales strategies.
Pro-actively monitoring, changes of various Immigration regulations.
Identifying the client’s needs by skills and suggest the best available option.
Meeting clients for submission of documents, explanation of immigration process, procedures, and documentation assistance.
Processing applications.
Making online assessment applications for listed occupations.
Creating online application f Handling client’s queries through email and calls and walk-ins
Handling complaints in a proper manner and escalate issues if appropriate to the management for further investigation and review
Informing clients of the progress of their applications
Completion of application forms & preparation of documents for submission
Preparing clients visa grant requests for visa stamping
Coordinating with designated organizations in Canada for assessment of applicant’s educations
Dispatching client’s documents for further processing of their applications
Coordinating with the lawyers for the cases of clients Desired Candidate Profile
The Candidate should meet the following requirements:
High quality, error free process approach.
Ensure that the applications are completed as per the timelines operating procedures.
Establish good and flawless report with internal team and applicants.
Ability to understand and create process tools.
Perfect in Record keeping accordingly.
Ability to communicate with ICCRC and update all information accordingly.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Excellent spoken English is a must/ confident/energetic and results-oriented.
Thorough knowledge of Immigration Visa Processing for Canada, UK, Poland.
Must have experience in Case Filing, Lodging Visa Application, tracking the progress & process of visas for different countries.
