Female Pilates Instructor | Dubai Job Post

We are recruiting a Female Pilates Instructor for a Dubai based Pilates and Yoga Studio. The Pilates Instructor should be passionate about helping others improve their lives, lead a dynamic fitness classes and maintaining and growing our customer base.

* Applicants Age: Up to 30 years old

Responsibilities:-

1. To work as an autonomous practitioner in providing successful Mat Pilates & Reformer Pilates classes with up to 20 clients in each session from different fitness levels

2. Provide individual assessments to one-to-one clients on their muscle imbalance and devise a program that would be individual to them and their specific needs

3. To provide effective private sessions for individuals; this could be on a two-to-one or three -to-one basis.

4. Create routines and exercise programs that cater to specific needs along with studio manager

5. Assisting with membership sales

6. Communicate with Pilates Manager/Coordinator on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing.

7. Create and manage the advocate program details

Classes Responsibilities:-

1. Visually inspecting equipment prior to every class to ensure good working condition and safety

2. Lead Pilates courses for groups of students at varying skill levels and with different needs

3. Pull out every client’s file prior to class and treat every client with care and special attention

4. Understand every individual’s training goals and needs and promote an assessment if not done yet

5. Organizing Pilates class plans and keeping them varied with different use of equipment to accommodate the individual’s progression

6. Ensure sessions begin and end on time

7. Ensure post feedback questionnaire is gone out to attendees after every class

Workshops:k-

Come up and lead/run workshops that compliment all the classes we do at the studio: Core, Pelvic, Fascia, overall movement , Men’s health through Pilates – 1 workshop per month and usually on weekend

Revenue Responsibilities:-

a) Work with studio manager on achieving quota

b) Promote facility through personal and professional network

c) Help create new attractive packages where needed

d) Provide feedback to Studio manager and Owner on new revenue streams

Content Creation:-

a- Help come up with creative ideas to promote the studio and services on social media

b- Participate and work with team to shoot stories on a daily basis

c- Create 4 short (15-30 minutes) workout videos for website and app every month

Classes Delivery:

– To deliver 40 classes per month (Any extra classes will be paid additionally)

– To deliver new joiners posture assessments

– To run 4 workshops per year

– Run classes outside the studio where needed (corporate/promotional/community)

Qualifications and requirements:

– Mat pilates certified

– Reformer certified

-2 years minimum experience

Salary and Package:

-Basic Salary: AED 10 000

-Return ticket home country to be paid every May of the year

-Visa

-Medical Insurance

-30 days (calendar) leave after completing one year of service

-Contract Duration: 1 year – renewable

-Probation Period: 6 months

-Working Hours Monday to Saturday 8 hours a day
