Job Description :-
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the execution of trade shows, customer fairs, and customer events, in consultation with Sales, Applied Technology, and regional and global Marketing Communications teams, and regional marketing colleagues.
- Prepare and undertake digital engagement and physical engagement events with customers. Support Sales with various campaigns and media to promote products with existing customer and to promote opportunities.
- Collect and analyze regional, and in some cases global, market data on emerging trends, technologies, competitors, market shares, import/export data.
- Conduct analysis using import/export data, and other government or private datasets to support market trend quantification.
- Undertake assigned projects at varying levels of responsibility which can contribute to regional and Global PL strategy.
- Identify market trends and create/update Marketing Concept, Collection, or Insight presentations to showcase market trends that promote Product Line products and concepts. Work with regional teams to execute and lead Marketing Concept projects.
- As assigned, undertake analysis, primary research, or secondary research review projects to support regional and Product Line/Segment planning and strategy processes. Undertake customer and brand research in support of Sales Generalists and Specialist customer activities
- Meet all required safety and compliance standards of Eagle Paints LLC including all training requirements. Identify adjacent areas of learning that can support Marketing function as the landscape continues to evolve.
REQUIREMENTS :-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Chemical Engineer, Chemistry, or related program preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing of technical products to industrial markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must have the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Strong customer-orientation and business judgement.
- Computer savvy, must have the knowledge of and/or ability to learn a variety of computer software applications in word processing, database and presentation software (MS Office Suite)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED 10,000.00 – AED 15,000.00 per month

- Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE DIVING LICENCE (Required)
