Services Sales – Customer Relation Manager

Customer Relation Manager:-
is responsible for providing post-sale customer with services proposals and general customer support via phone, online chat, e-mail etc. to increase services sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
This is an individual contributor role working within our team “pod” structure reporting to the Head of services sales for the Sub Sahara Africa, Middle East and South Asia.
Your responsibilities:-
Develops customer contacts to build long-term relationships with designated key customers. Makes service proposals with support of sales managers and technical team. Provides responses to customer inquiries with support of sales managers and technical team. Receives and assigns claims to colleagues, minimizing potential negative impact towards our customer Interacts with clients to resolve order and delivery issues. Follows up on service contracts. Recommends alternative products or services with support of our technical team. Keeps CRM system updated in collaboration with other stakeholders. Acts as a “go-to-person” when colleagues need sparring and advice
What you bring:-
B.S. degree in business administration or sales or any related subjects; 5+ years of experience in customers relation field will be an advantage.
Proactive nature with effective communication & presentation skills in English written & spoken and strong problem-solving skills.
Ideal residential location would be in Sharjah – UAE.
