MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To provide specialist knowledge and expertise in role evaluations, benchmarking and manpower planning by ensuring that all roles are appropriately documented and assisting with various analytics and KPI mapping where required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- 

1. Leads the development of job descriptions for all roles in flydubai ensuring that they are appropriately documented and evaluated.
2. Ensures that all roles are mapped to flydubai’s behavioural competencies and assists in the development of SMART objectives.
3. Acts as the custodian of all job descriptions and provides key advice to internal / external stakeholder on job roles.
4. Conducts annual and adhoc benchmarking of roles to ensure that flydubai remains an employer of choice.
5. Completes various surveys that provide market data and insights.
6. Works with Manpower Planning to design of KPIs for each Department to help with the annual manpower planning and design.
7. Provides key input into the development of key HR processes and assists in the design of various forms to achieve this objective.
8. Assists in the annual merit increase / promotion process and budget.
9. Conducts periodic audits on analysis on various rewards related structures and recommended changes where required.
10. Reviews latest trends to Rewards practices and keeps abreast of any labour  requirements.
11. Assists in the design and updtae of flydubai’s HR policies.
12. Designs and maintains a dashboard of key HR metrics and identifies any deviations from norms

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS

Minimum Education Level Required

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent)

Experience Specific Requirements

• Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 6
• Certified or in depth knowledge of an international job evaluation framework

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
