MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

Create detailed data-driven reports, analyze and draw conclusions to provide business teams and management with insights on performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- 

1. Carry out extensive market analysis, competitor analysis, identify trends and implement strategies in the revenue management systems.
2. Work with other team members, and areas of the business to ensure the best revenue outcome for the network.
3. Achieve market performance targets/budgets for an identified set of markets.
4. Ensure the demand forecast is optimal across the markets to maximize revenue both at the leg & O&D level.
5. Utilize all available reports and external sources to understand the market performance and the economic environment in which it is operating. Use the understanding of the markets to define and implement strategies in the revenue management.
6. Identify opportunities for capacity optimization
7. Identify and justifiably recommend the need for price adjustments based on competitor forces/fare movements or requirement to stimulate demand to your leader and the pricing teams
8. Monitor and set pricing structure and fare levels across the network with the aid of Pricing & inventory analysts.
9. Manage passenger demand forecast at network, region and route levels and ensure forecast error is controlled through careful analysis and setting of system parameters.
10. Negotiate and liaise with sales and planning departments to identify and capitalize on potential revenue generation opportunities through price actions and appropriate inventory controls.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS :- 

Minimum Education Level Required

• Bachelor’s Degree (or Equivalent)

Education / Experience Specific Requirements :- 

• Preferred No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) – 6
• Preferred No. of Years (without Relevant Degree)- 8

ISR Requirements :- 

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day to day business operations.
