Job Description:
Description of Functions
Responsible for developing business leads and Providing Product Technical sales support for FET’s Electrostatic Dehydrator and Desalters technologies globally resulting in incremental revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:-

Act as a conduit of information between the potential clients and FET; effectively communicating to FET a clear understanding of the client’s plans, strategies and activities.
Identifies opportunities for organic growth within the operating regions relative to the strategic account activity.
Identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions for the sales effort.
Fosters executive to upper-level relationships with the strategic client for purposes of business expansion, issue resolution, knowledge sharing, strategic initiatives and product development.
Develop and execute strategies for increasing the sales of FET electrostatic products.
Conduct price and contract negotiations with clients to establish contract details and attain profit margin
Organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness and product publicity
Identify areas of opportunity with end user, EPC companies, & service companies.
Stay abreast of competitor and any new competitive products introduced.
Work with the FET Houston team to achieve customer-service standards.
Identify areas where customer service improvements are needed to meet the forecast.
Provide before-sale application engineering, planning assistance, and product recommendation to the customers.
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with vendors and suppliers.
Provide after-sale technical support to the customers as required.
Accountable for weekly communications with the FET, monthly dial-in meetings with FET management team, and updated opportunity landscapes on the respective strategic clients as required.
Consolidate information needed for monthly & quarterly sales activity reports.
Account abilities

Provide sales activity reports as needed.

Education / Qualifications:

University degree, preferably Engineering or Business.
Experience (essential):

Substantial business and sales experience in the Oilfield Service Industry.
Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of electrostatic desalting equipment and operation.
Ability to trouble shoot problems with electrostatic systems to assist clients in real time is a plus.
Firm grasp of aftermarket sales and business development.
Possesses a distinguished and sustained sales achievement record.
Experience (desirable):

Technical knowledge of refinery crude unit.
Understanding of crude separation processes in a refinery application.
Key Skills:

Highly motivated business professional with effective communication and customer service skills.
IT proficient in the use of Microsoft outlook.
Diligent and dependable with a high level of accuracy and detail in support of timeframes and budgets.
Willing to travel as and when required.
Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
