Job Description :- 

Job Description: Is Responsible for providing pre-sales and post sales technical support. Manages the technical as realization of projects in order to fulfill customer requirements. Primary technical interface with FutureCard customers.

Responsibilities:

– Propose solution strategy, implement solution plan, and consulting customers at all levels to understand the defined business requirements

– Provides technical assistance to the internal team and customers to develop the required

– products and to configure/test/validate the products

– Prepares technical specification documentations

– Keep up to date about the technology, products

– Teams and client’s satisfaction

– Accurate testing

– Clear documentations within 1 to 3 working days

– Meets with clients in order to communicate timelines and inquiries

– Analyzes client’s requirement and translate them into technical specifications

– Briefs the team regarding the task-list, deliverables, and timelines as per the client’s requirement

– No delays

– Good understanding of client’s inquiries

– Client’s satisfaction

– Team’s feedback

– Respect of process

– Ensure validation by customer

– Coordinates with the team for the technical investigation and problem resolution

Qualifications:

– BA in Computer science; certificate in project management and business analysis is a plus

– 2 – 3 years’ experience in the smart card industry

– Technical Product knowledge

– Experience in project management

– Knowledge in payment brand’s project scope and processes

– Up to date with the technology in the field
