Position Summary
The purpose of the role is to provide junior administrative support to the Chairman’s Industrial Planning Office with day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibilities:-
Supporting the Senior PA with managing several senior individuals’ calendars within the team. This will include scheduling appointments and prioritizing time complex matters.
Assist with the creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets/reports
Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights, visas, hotel accommodation, car rental, and providing directions to facilitate hassle-free travel.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality, as well as adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization
Manage & organize important files/documents and electronic office files to ensure an efficient and effective filing system
To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives as and when required
Any other duties commensurate with the account abilities of the post
Experience
1-2 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role
Must have experience in planning & organizing International Business Trips
Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet and be able to exercise tact and diplomacy
Display excellent communications skills, with an ability to engage and interact with senior global leaders
Ability to multi-task effectively
Have strong verbal, and written communication skills
Meticulous, diplomatic & pleasant personality
Display a high value for integrity
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
