Full Job Description :- 

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator with a good mix of project management and business skills to aid with operational support as well as the delivery of various projects including but not limited to our cloud platform deployments and data center builds.

You will be working closely with project managers, business stakeholders, product owners, technical and field teams and will be one of the key forces in aiding the delivery of our strategic projects. The position requires providing complex administrative, operational and project management support in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:-

Working with the project managers and other key stakeholders in understanding business and technical requirements and aiding with build and management of the overall project management plan as well as the creation and upkeep of project documentation.
Managing the capacity of our platform and liaising with various business units and stakeholders to build and communicate the capacity plan, risks and capacity recommendations.
You will be building, tracking and documenting the project progress, monitoring the risks, effectiveness, and performance of the project.
Assisting with project logistics including agenda, meeting arrangements and minutes. Editing and maintaining project-related materials.

Tracking project related procurement and financial expenditures.
Actively participating in the development of communications and marketing materials; provide text and graphical content as requested for documents and presentations.

Qualifications:-

3-6+ years of demonstrated experience with large and complex technology projects.
Strong understanding of cloud computing, data center builds, SDLC, large scale distributed systems, Artificial Intelligence and big data technological landscape and concepts.
Exceptional listening skills. Strong technical skills.
Solid grasp of project management methodologies and tools;
Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and Microsoft Project Professional.
Strong documentation experience.
standard project management certifications preferred. i.e. PMP certificate
