Job PurposeFinance partnering across Gulf markets by working closely with commercial providing strong & meaningful analysis to support business decisions.

The role will support Sr. FBP & management with timely analysis & reports.

He / She will also be responsible to work with country manager and marketeers to support commercial objectives

Key Responsibilities:-

Core Responsibilities:

• Preparing on a monthly basis management reporting pack by market & department for communication to commercial team.
• Monthly performance meetings with Commercial team to review YTD performance and agree YTG action
• Analysing commercial schemes, supporting commercial team to channel investment to bring optimum results.
• Analysing product P&L and helping marketeers and pricing team with provision of alternate P&L scenarios for price approvals and product launch.
• Supporting FD and FBP with adhoc analysis required by evaluating its financial feasibility
• Supporting marketeers with management of A&P budget in eforms / SAP and providing relevant reports to help their decisions
• Preparing S,G&A budget, tracking it on monthly basis, raising red flags if any, and identifying cost saving opportunities
• Support shared service team in analysis of actual S,G&A and headcount
• Review & analyse of tenders and support CTC team to maximize business opportunities.

Accountability:-

• Ensuring deliveries of the objectives/monthly tasks as per agreed timelines.
• Ensure compliance of the local SOPs, where applicable.
• Timely delivery of projects.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Qualification: CIMA/ACCA/CA having at least 3-5 years’ experience.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills & stakeholder management skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Power Point & presentation skills
• ERP Experience (SAP will help)

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• The role holder needs to act as business partner and be able to interact with senior leaders of Gulf region as well as marketing, supply chain and commercial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, which enable liaison and negotiations with internal and external parties.
• Expert in process improvement opportunities, solving complex problems
• Previous Rx / FMCG experience is important in medium to complex organization
• Ability to work in a team
• High service orientation to the customer
• Ability to work under pressure
• Sense of urgency
