Job Title :– Logistics Coordinator

Full Job Description :- 

We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. He/she will be the one to coordinate on all personnel with the processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Responsibilities above mentioned jobs as follows: 

KNOWLEDGEABLE IN MIRSAL 2 (DUBAI TRADE PORTAL)Previous experience as a Logistic coordinator or a similar management position in Jebel Ali area/vicinity.

Time management skills and the ability to delegate & supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures & excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations & Problem-solving skills & ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds & coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management & communicating/coordinating with other departments and customers.Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc.

to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders & prepare accurate reports for upper management Reconciliation of imports documentation vs. Export documentation related to logistics & shipping (HS codes, Coo’s, Weight, DIMS. etc.) for customs purpose.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.

Skills & Criteria 3-5 years’ experience as logistics preferably in Jebel Ali Free Zone and having 3-5 years’ experience in accounting will be an added advantage.Analytical thinking and reconciliation experience in a free zone or bonded area setting is a plus (Customs reconciliation)Experience in customer service will be appreciated Systematic approach, organized and knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Excellent Microsoft & Especially ExcelSAP Knowledge Outstanding organizational and coordination abilitiesAble to work big volumes and work pressure to meet deadlines Accountable Driver’s License is a plusCan start immediately
