Job Description :-
Happy Puppy Grooming Boutique are expanding!
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join out team this would be great for someone looking for a junior role or for someone to progress.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handling all incoming customer queries and questions
- Maintaining an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database
- Manage the booking system and schedule
- Manage customer complaints
- Additional admin tasks when necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills to clearly share and relay information
- English spoken is a must
- The ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with complaints or challenging clients
- Good IT skills
This will be a full time remote position (possibility of moving into an office in the future), 9 am till 7.30 pm with one day off a week.
