Primary Responsibilities: In this role, we will count on the employee to use economic concepts, theories and analytical techniques to provide advice and practical information that will aid managerial planning and decision-making tasks. Moreover, this position should also support company’s business development in the region as needed.

Directs, plans, and designs research to aid in interpretation of and solution of complex problems with economic relationships.
Studies economic and statistical data in area of specialization. Devises methods and procedures for collecting and processing data, utilizing knowledge of available sources of data and various econometric and sampling techniques.
Reviews and analyzes economic data in order to prepare reports detailing results of investigation, and to stay abreast of economic changes.
Directs the organization of data for reports of research findings. Formulates recommendations, policies, or plans to aid in market interpretation or solution of economic issues.
Plan and develop projects activities with significant impact.
Plan, organize, and supervise work Track leads for new business opportunities, provide assistance with Business Development efforts, as needed; Provide required support on identifying key client accounts and drawing up main actions required to maintain a high client satisfaction level, Support management team in the identification of potential new clients and ensuring appropriate actions are taken by key account managers for developing solid relationships; Ensure accuracy of the company’s data base of BD related activities and tools; Assist or lead involvement in community organizations and events, as needed; Perform other duties as needed Qualifications
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics with Master’s Degree preferred. 10+ years’ experience in supporting economic studies, business development, client interaction and proposal writing Experience in Excel, MS Access, and analytical tools Ability to interact with clients on a regular basis An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must referred Qualifications Master’s degree preferred in Economics or related field Why HDR At HDR, we know work isn’t only about who you work for; it’s also about what you do and how you do it.
