As a Specification Engineer your full responsibility is to build-up a Multi-Level Network of key influencers in design and engineering offices, and educate them about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti products. - A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Sales oriented, with experience working in technical engineering
- Previous experience working as a Specification Engineer would a plus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a tech/design office or in consultancy/sales within the construction industry
- Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English – written and verbal
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively
- A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals
