Job Tittle:  Fit-Out Site Engineer

 

Full Job Description :- 

• To mark out the location, use drawings and plans. Residential, retail, office, and other projects may be included.
• Work as a member of the site management team, interacting and collaborating with architects, supervisors, and subcontractors. They are jointly responsible for the site’s security, health and safety, as well as the organisation and control of material and human resources.
• Serving as the primary technical consultant for subcontractors, craftspeople, and operatives on the job site.
• Checking plans, drawings, and amounts for calculation correctness
• Assuring that all materials and labour performed are in accordance with standards supervising material selection and procurement
• Liaison with all consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and other project participants.
• Liaison with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers, and surveyors), including attendance at frequent meetings to keep them updated on progress.
• Day-to-day site administration, includes managing and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
• Planning the work and properly managing the site amenities in order to satisfy agreed-upon timelines
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety issues on the job site
• Preparing reports as needed Resolving any unanticipated technical challenges and other problems that may arise

Indian candidates preferred with UAE driving license.
