Job Description :- 

Are you ready for an exciting new challenge? We are always on the hunt for curious and smart foxes such as you!
Join us at Revier, a new and innovative hotel concept curated in Switzerland which is exclusively located in the Burj Khalifa district.

Your Tasks:

• Accept ownership and control of departmental budgets and costs to reduce operating costs and increase average spends.
• Actively involve in the promoting the hotel and F&B venues from concept/planning stage to increase brand awareness.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the food and drink service pattern, menus and ingredients
• Understand market dynamics and important aspects of the company’s business to accurately diagnose strengths and weaknesses. Anticipate opportunities and risks, identify issues, and develop strategies and plans.
• Act as a role model and first point of contact for guests and employees.
• Participate in recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching all F&B colleagues. Create an environment that nurtures ideas and develops future talent for succession planning
• Create departmental SOPs to exceed guests expectations by adding touchpoints to create memories.
• Apply knowledge of F&B principles for providing memorable guest experiences. This includes guest needs assessment, meet service standards and evaluate guest satisfaction scores.
• Review financial reports and statements to determine how F&B department is performing against budget and manage to achieve/exceed budgeted goals.
• Ensure that systems for reporting future business is followed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work with Sales & Marketing Department to prepare sales plan for the F&B outlets, with a particular emphasis on the local market.
• Compile weekly/monthly financial reports, give details of revenue, covers and colleagues’ productivity.
• Oversee and supervise inventory, control breakage/loss reduction of china, glass and silver related to restaurant services.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety and well-being of guests.
• Set, maintain and oversee standards for safe food handling, cleanliness and safety. Report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries.
• Seize any opportunity to go beyond the expectations of the position to assist with a guest’s needs, help a co-worker and wear variety of hats to support hotel operations.
• Aware and comply with all ‘statutory’ trainings, protocols and operational procedures mandated by UAE Government.

Other Requirements:

• An outgoing personality with love for people, restaurants and creativity.
• Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3-years’ experience as Restaurant Manager, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle hotel restaurant/bar. Pre-opening experience is essential.
• Sound interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence a wide variety of audiences/ stakeholders.
• Physically able to bend, push, pull, lift and carry weight.
• Flexible to work in varying shifts that may include days, nights, weekends and holidays

• Professional fluency in English (written, verbal and spoken).
