Job Responsibilities:
Control the entry and exit of surveys through requests received by emails from customers, internal system or customer system; Register and search document data in a specific system or spreadsheets sent by the customer, when they are not complete, as directed by the manager; Check and search for physical documents, image or copy of customers, according to requests received; Forward documents requested by customers to the script area, so that they are delivered to the place of request, as well as the return of documents received with divergence identified in the system; Search and locate boxes of documents, following instructions or indications of addresses (aisles, shelves, levels, etc.) established by the current procedures or instructions given by the superior. After the research work, return these volumes to their original location; Fill out reports of their daily activities according to the models and procedures, for the evaluation and control of individual and departmental production; Job Requirements: Complete Degree
