UAEUrgently looking for an experienced Accounts Payble in UAE Job Details * Clerical duties including but not limited to reporting faxing filing data entry scanning etc * Take proactive approach to inventory control by reconciling inventory postings to accounts payable entries * Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content dates significance etc * Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents * Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers * Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier Job Requirements * High school degree * Excellent organizational skills * Two years experience in same field * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
