Infinity Homes Properties is seeking for a Female Telesales Professional who is highly motivated, self-driven, goal-oriented, and result-oriented with good knowledge about the local Real Estate Market
Telesales Representative Key Responsibilities:-
– Maintain a database of commercial properties available on the property market
– Maintain contact with clients to have opened to discuss future business prospects to build good relationships.
– Acted as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals.
– Cold calling on the leads provided and adding the reference to extend the leads
– Understand and keep up to date with the current market trend
– Achieving targets on monthly basis.
– Build and establish a good working relationship with both the buyers and the sellers
– Evaluate clients’ financial abilities and research properties within their buying power
– Develop and implement effective strategies in increasing the value of a property
– Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
