Job Summary:-

IT Business Analyst is responsible for developing business strategic plans and business requirements documents for all IT-related engagements and ensure the formulation of the BRD are streamlined with Corp IT strategy and roadmap and operation of the IT-services to the relevant business units projects and initiatives in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:-

Day to Day operations:

• Understand current user’s journey
• Help the development team understand the VCP Business flows
• Coordinate with vendors and product owner to build and maintain the centralized VCP Product Backlog Help validate the QA Test scripts from business flow point of view
• Document, understand and own the overall VCP user journeys
• Understand user (Physicians, Booking Admins, Nurse, Care Coordinators, Provider Admins, Regulatory Admins, and other roles) needs
• Discover and describe the current state of situation with the different business clients/partners
• Utilize state-of-the-art, best-in-class tools, techniques, and methods to deliver service delivery management related presentations to peers, leadership team, executives, and operation teams
• Present service delivery strategies, business outcome to all levels of Injazat management
• Establish, develop, and manage relationships within Injazat business eco system based on trust and ability to meet commitments
• Recommend the budget and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of forecasted costs and revenues; areas of underperformance are identified and opportunities to improve performance are capitalized upon.
• Manage department’s staff and teams by planning their utilization, communication, overseeing their performance, recruitment, training, and development to ensure high levels of engagement and competence.
• Motivate one’s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.
• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.
• Prepare MIS statements and reports pertaining to department to meet INJAZAT’s and the departmental requirements, policies, and standards.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Strategic/Technical:

• Perform a thorough analysis on the business initiatives ensuring new services enablement and competitive advantage empowerment through IT solutions.
• Act as a focal point of contact for implementation of technical projects through establishing and maintaining technical and organizational coordination between business entity and Corp IT to assist Project Teams in delivering projects and support to the business unit.
• Understand the technology and business strategies of the organization and map to IT roadmap and initiatives.

Operational:

• Support liaison between IT function and business areas, managing service levels and the ongoing relationship between IT and the business areas.
• Acts as communications conduit into and out of the application, infrastructure and operation teams.

Continuous Improvement:

• Motivate one’s team members and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.

Policies, Processes & Procedures:

• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

Related Assignments:

• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Minimum Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• CBAP or PMI-ACP or SCM or PO certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of HIS system, functionality and Electronic Health Records will be preferred.

Minimum Experience:-

• 1-2 years of experience in working with customers.
