Full Job Description
An Export Documentation Officer is responsible for supporting export activities, oversees preparation of commercial documents in accordance with export, and handles recordkeeping requirements.

Job Responsibilities –

Practical work knowledge of export documentation in a manufacturing firm.
Knowledge of various documents required for sending the documents through bank either on LC basis or on collection basis.
Excel work environment experience.
Process and examine required export shipping documents as per rules and regulations.
Sending the shipping related documents to the customers.
Follow up with customers and freight forwarder for Export shipments and must know the status of all shipments
Maintaining the Inward-Outward reports of material.
Coordination with accounting firm for day to day accounting and banking related transactions.

Requirements:-

Current Location: UAE
Should have knowledge of “Arabic Language” (Read & Write)
Should be able to communicate in Hindi.
Nature and length of previous experience: Minimum 2-3 years with a manufacturing company in UAE.
Specialist knowledge: Export documentation.
Age Range: Below 30 Years old
Qualification – Bachelor/Diploma in Export/Import management or Degree in International trade.
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.

Salary: AED 3,000.00 – AED 4,000.00 per month
