Job Tittle:  JM –Maintenance

 

Job Description :- 

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Planning and executing breakdown maintenance calls.

• Participating in the preventive maintenance planning process, and then executing it as per schedule.

• Participating in inventory planning process for spare parts.

• Executing all QHSE requirements as advised by Factory management team.

• Maintaining all reports in ERP and technical reports in Excel, as per requirement.

• Participating in the root cause analysis and executing the corrective/preventive actions.

• Being a part of the team, which is executing all projects and facilities enhancement programs.

• Coordinating with all external vendors and monitoring to ensure completion of jobs as per specifications .

• Responsible for training employees on equipment, task procedures, work standards and proper safety procedures.

• Manage maintenance budget including monitoring inventory and expenses.

• Ensure adherence to process quality parameters and end product quality.

• Responsible for overall equipment efficiency.

• To ensure up time of plant and machinery especially through reduction in changeover time and adequate line balancing.

• Support Business to achieve Budget target.

• Spare Parts Inventory Management /Line efficiency.

• Equipment effectiveness.

• Sustainability.

• Factory Overheads.

• Compliance to Regulatory, Corporate and Customer safety & quality requirements and targets.

• People Management (Motivation, Discipline, Development).

• To minimize break downs of plant and machinery and downtimes by implementing planned preventive maintenance and shutdowns.

Required qualifications :-

• 3-5-year experience in a similar role.

• Previous work experience within a multi-site and cross borders company.

• Experience in handling various aspects of Manufacturing Operations in Food.

• Knowledge about Sustainability in Manufacturing Operations is a plus.

• Knowledge about frozen operations and refrigeration systems and gyro freezers.

• The ability/experience to be able to verify & improve quality control procedures from the raw material stage till the finished product if needed.

• Fluent in English and Arabic /French would be an advantage.

• Advanced in ORACLE, SAP, Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications

• Influencing and negotiating – through building and nurturing relationships.

• Demonstrated experience that emphasizes collaborative decision making and a high degree of coordination between functions.

Qualifications :-

• Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) with 5-7 years of relevant experience, or Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
